Dr. Hersheal Aggarwal very clearly cares about his practice and his patients. The facility was immaculate and offered amenities like a Keurig, a refrigerator with refreshments, and snacks (ironic for a dentists office). When I arrived I was promptly checked in and taken to the room shortly after. Everyone was warm and friendly, from the front desk all the way to Dr. Hersheal himself. He very clearly explained everything that was going on and concisely laid out next steps and best practices moving forward. This was the best dentist visit I have experienced and will 100% be coming to him for many years.
After not going to the dentist for years, I was hesitant to go anywhere. I chose Serenity Dental Studio because they were open on Saturday. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt comfortable. Everything was explained in detail, everyone was super nice and the way they show you what’s going on instead of just telling you is next level. I’m really glad I chose to come to Serenity and for once in my life, I can say I’m excited for my dental journey.
